-Coach Tyler
From my personal experience, Tyler is someone who takes his craft and what he does seriously. Throughout the season, while treating athletes for their needs, he was always striving to personally make himself better so that he could make others around him better. Dedication and commitment is what he exemplifies and I saw that first hand. While being our athletic trainer, he also dedicated his time to workout with myself and others to push us to be the best we could be on our journeys of reaching our dream. Every bit of his support was appreciated!

Tyler is great! With his advice, I’ve lost weight, which I expected to do. However, I’m truly amazed at how much energy I have and how much better I feel. I used to have to nap or sleep walk through every afternoon, now I couldn’t nap if I’ve tried. I also follow his exercises and always feel great after, and again the next day. I’ve made so much progress and improvement on so many frontiers of my physical and by way of that, mental health.

Coach Lesher is phenomenal at what he does and I would highly recommend his guidance if you are trying to take your overall health to the next level. His holistic approach to improving and managing your own health mentally and physically sets him apart from other. As a former Division 1 Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coach i would recommend Coach Lesher and any of his programs to anyone looking to take their health back and be at the top of their game in life. His instructions are complete and easy to follow. He is willing to go the extra mile to help his clients and is always seeking feedback for improvements. His approach to health is a life style modification that anyone can implement and stay on course with even through the worst of days! If you want a program that will deliver solid longterm results and is easy to follow and modify to your life style then Coach Lesher has the plan for you!

When I joined Tyler’s program I was wanting to shed unwanted pounds and get into better shape. Within 6 weeks I had dropped 18 pounds and overall felt better! My sleep was better, acid reflux gone and had more energy. Tyler’s program will motivate you and it absolutely works! Even for a guy in his 50s. I highly recommend Tyler as your go to for health & fitness!

I was struggling with a stiff back & hips and soreness because of sitting at my desk all day. I reached out to Tyler and he got back to me right away. We connected on zoom and he took me through some movements to diagnose me and then created a customized plan that I can follow to loosen up and help with the pain. He took the time to walk me through them - making sure I performed them correctly and explained the why behind things and answered all of my questions. He even offered tips to avoid pain while working out. It's like having a physical therapist, personal trainer, and health coach wrapped up in one person. Highly recommend!

Tyler was someone I got to know very well over the course of my first summer and season becoming a pro. I can honestly say I'm not sure I would have the positive start to my season I did without him. Coming in as a hurt underrated rookie with a sprained MCL, Tyler single-handedly saved the beginning of my NBA career. This happened through hours of treatment and research on ways he could get me back on the court as quickly and effectively as possible. One of the things that stuck with me during the process was that he didn't just want to get me back to how I was playing before, he wanted me to come back faster, stronger, better which was not the case with a lot of people I worked with before. Tyler dedicated his time and energy and took pride while accepting the challenge to get me back fast and better than before. Since we were together every day, I saw first hand how dedicated and motivated he is to get better every day and be the best he can be. I learned so much just observing him and his approach toward his craft. I'm grateful to have met Tyler when I did and I'm very thankful for what he has done for me and my career.
